Using Hotel Lobby

By using Hotel Lobby, you agree to these terms. You may select two photos to preview a scene in your browser. When video generation becomes available, the service may use Kie to make an approximately eight-second video from the photos you submit. Generation and payment are currently unavailable. We may change or suspend features as the service develops.

Your photos and permissions

You must have the right and any necessary consent to use each photo, including permission from people shown in it. Do not submit photos that violate someone else's privacy, likeness, intellectual property, or other rights, or that contain unlawful material. Do not upload sensitive photos: generated media and uploaded photos may be available to anyone who receives their media URL.

You keep your rights in your photos. You allow us and the providers needed to operate the service to store, transmit, and process submitted photos for the generation you request and to provide its result. A generation request may send photo URLs to Kie. You are responsible for how you use and share the resulting video.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not try to access another account, interfere with the service, or use it to violate applicable law or others' rights. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service or address a violation.

Credits and availability

If generation is enabled, the interface will show any required credits before you submit. A request can fail or take time because it depends on a third-party provider. The service does not promise a particular output, uninterrupted access, or a fixed processing time. Current generation and payment controls remain disabled until their dependencies are ready. For an account or task issue, sign in and submit a ticket at /settings/tickets.

Plans, renewals, and cancellation

When purchases become available, you can choose a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time credit pack. Prices are in USD. The selected plan, full charge, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Each video generation costs 20 credits.

Monthly subscriptions renew and grant credits after each successful monthly payment. Annual subscriptions charge the full annual price upfront and grant all annual credits after that payment; the displayed monthly equivalent is not a monthly installment. Both subscriptions renew automatically at their stated interval until canceled. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period for which they were granted and do not roll over. One-time purchased credits do not expire.

You can cancel future renewal in your account's Billing page. Canceling does not remove credits already granted for the paid period; they remain usable until that period ends. A failed renewal does not grant new credits. Only one ongoing subscription is supported per account; one-time packs can supply additional credits.

For billing errors, failed generations, or refund requests, contact support@hotelobby.org with your order or task reference. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. We review refund requests individually, subject to applicable consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
