What Hotel Lobby does

Hotel Lobby lets you choose two photos and preview them together in your browser. Video generation, when available, sends the photos to Kie to create an approximately eight-second video. Generation is currently unavailable while provider credentials and real generation checks are pending. Selecting photos for the preview alone does not upload them for video generation.

Information we handle

• Account and support information: Sign-in details and information you submit in a support ticket, including any attachments.
• Photos and videos: If you start an available generation request, we receive the two photos, store them through our configured Cloudflare R2 storage, send their URLs to Kie, and record the task and resulting video URL so you can see its status and result. Do not upload sensitive photos or information.
• Service and security information: Requests, task status, and technical information needed to run, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
• Cookies and browser storage: Cookies support sign-in and your language choice. Google Analytics 4 (GA4), when enabled, may also use cookies to measure site use. The creator may use browser session storage to recover the status of a generation request in the same tab.
• Website analytics: We use GA4 to measure visits and usage, such as page views, interactions, referring pages, and browser or device information. Google receives the analytics data when GA4 is enabled. When configured, Plausible also provides aggregate visit statistics without analytics cookies.

Sharing and access

Kie receives the photo URLs and generation request when video generation is available and you start it. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded photos. Uploaded generation photos are stored in a private R2 bucket. Temporary signed photo links expire after one hour; anyone holding a valid link can access that photo until it expires. Result links may follow the generation provider’s access rules. Please treat shared photo and result links as sensitive. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

You can remove a photo from the local preview before submitting a request. Removing it from the preview does not remove an already uploaded copy. We do not promise automatic deletion or a fixed retention period for uploaded media or task records. To ask about your account, uploaded content, or deletion, sign in and open a support ticket through the contact page.
